Hi, Just installed a Kerio Operator 2.3.0 with a mix of Aastra and Yealink phones. Both auto provisioned really well...

But we cant transfer calls from the Aastra 6755i Handsets.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated

Hi,

do transfers made with other phones work well?

What do you exactly do to transfer a call on the 6755i?

That is correct. Have you tried an attended transfer?
1. Press Xfer
2. Dial extension
3. Press dial
4. After the other party picks up, press Xfer

Also, could you be more specific in how it doesn't work?

It works fine with my aastra 6755i with firmware 3.3.1.3227. Do you use the same firmware? If not, please upgrade.

Hi,

3.3.1.2235 is the latest version we can find on the Aastra website

I will test with this version on a handset and feedback to you

Thanks

Simon

It probably won't make a difference, but here it is:

6755i SIP SP3 (V3.3.1.3227, 05/2014, zip) (English, 2.74 MB)
