Outlook 2003/2007 * Win7 * Kerio Offline Connector

One of our users keeps getting synch errors for messages, calendars, etc. delivered into her Inbox every second that Outlook is open.
I have repaired Office and Kerio applications, recreated profile, upgraded her to Office 2007 and nothing has worked.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

If you have anti-virus installed on this desktop please make sure Kerio Connector path is added to the AV exclusion list.

The path should be -> C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Kerio\Outlook Connector\<profile name>

Also if you have any other add-ins installed disable them all but Kerio Connector.

I hope it helps.

All the best,
