Please, I'm new in using Kerio Connect. I have this error popping up once I log into the administration interface when I click to create on users or groups to create one :

'failed to list users/groups, LDAP operation failed' led

Please, what is the way forward?

Thank you for your anticipated assistance.

Verify the Directory Service setting for each of your email domain.

Enable "Directory Service lookup" messages in the debug log (right-click) to see more.

Hi Pavel,
Thank you. It worked.
Please, where on the kerio administration interface can mail server IP be replaced with a name to make to make it easier for users to access over the network?

This needs to be configured in DNS by your ISP. Please read http://kb.kerio.com/1223 for details about email delivery and DNS setting.
