Hello.
I have a truble in my Kerio 8.2.2. Periodically Kerio sees no letters in the mailbox.
I have need to restart Kerio that mails appeared.

In logs have this error:
07/Jul/2014 11:23:03] MessageFolder.cpp: Bad UIDNEXT detected in folder ~user<_at_>mail.com/INBOX -> 0000c861. Going to find the maximum used UID in the folder ...
[07/Jul/2014 11:23:10] MessageFolder.cpp: The maximum UID found in folder ~user<_at_>mail.com/INBOX -> 0000c86e. Going to check it's successor 0000c86f ...
[07/Jul/2014 11:23:10] MessageFolder.cpp: The UIDNEXT in folder ~user<_at_>mail.com/INBOX has been repaired -> 0000c86f.

Is your mail store on local disk(s) or on the remote network storage?

Im trying to rescan index mailbox, using this manual http://manuals.kerio.com/connect/adminguide/en/sect-index.html. Now I see mails on mailbox. But I do not know for how long it works =)

I dont think so. I have problem only from one mailbox. Another 94 mailboxes work fine.

I dont think so. I have problem only from one mailbox. Another 94 mailboxes work fine.

Then check what is different with this user. Also check, if any other software is accessing the mailbox directory. Check the filesystem, even if only one user is affected it could be corrupted.
And if you need more advise it could be helpful to tell us more about your system.
