Hi,
Today I'm going to make upgrade and go from 7 version to Kerio Control Hyper-V Virtual Appliance. I have installed as described in manual. All is fine but when I try to make reboot VM suspend on Booting the Kernel mode, but after making turn-off Kerio OS load fine. Could you please to help me to resolve this problem Please to find attached file Many Thanks.

Guys, is this only the first time or after every reboot?
Because I know that from version 7 to 8 it needs to be reboot again.
There is a major change between 7 and 8. I saw this more often but only when I upgrade from 7 to 8. After this every update was working normal.

This is first booting after restart, not upgrade this is new installation just booting problem. I have received more suggestions by Kerio Techsupport.
1. Reintallation Kerio = not helpful for me
2.Selecting Generation 1 mode while creating new VM=not helpful for me
last answer for my problem is We first time hear about this problem, and we sure about our app. work properly.
Support question why you make often restarting the Kerio Laughing
Today I'm sure techsupport unable to help me for fixing this problem.

For Me is after every reboot.
I tried everything,
fresh install Kerio,
fresh install Hyper-V and creating new VM Generation 1 and install Kerio control,
not helpful for me.
