have two users, same domain

Kerio server 8.2.2 (2224)
Mac OSX 10.8.5

recipient using Apple Mail

sender may have created on: Blackberry/Apple Mail/iOS Mail
(device unconfirmed as yet)

one sent the other a short message last Thursday and since then the recipient is receiving it, on average, 6+ times per day

I can see the exact same Message Id in the log files '20140703191027.5931154.49714.33426' at these times

nothing in the message queues currently

how do I stop it?

TIA

after a quiet lull (not to be confused with a LOL) the message has returned yet again!

Can anyone suggest why this is occurring or how to stop it happening?

so far the message has only returned once, after the blackberry was turned off for a few weeks, but its back!!

I would enable some debug log messages having to do with mail delivery, maybe something shows up there.
