Hi there,
my Kerio mail server used as the host name: mail.company.local. As a domain I have set up: t-online.de. The user then has the e-mail address: benutzer@t-online.de. Try now the user an e-mail to: send benutzer2@t-online.de does this again with an error message back that there is no mailbox on the server with the name: benutzer2<_at_>t-online.de. That is, I would have to set up another domain, but can assign to the user as a domain t-online.de. Where can this be adjusted? Thank you. Markus

You should not setup a domain on Kerio Connect which you have no control over or you don't own. I guess t-online.de does not belong to you. If you set it up as a domain, any mail you try to send to a recipient on that domain will be tried to be sent to a local mailbox.

I don't know the details of your setup but if you own an email address at t-online.de, why don't you just use an email client like Outlook to retrieve and send your mail. Why would you want to use your own email server?
