Hi there,

We use the kerio software with pleasure, only a few things we are missing.

- Te possibility to use it in combination with multiply customers (Multi tenant). if we have customers with a lower value of 5 phone's we cant use the platform because it will be to expensive for the customer.

- if we setup the fallback option the phone's on our office are ringing for a time, then if no one picks up it is going to the fallback. The phone's on the office stop ringing. Better is that both phone's keep ringing (Fallback + Office).

- The outbound rules must be setted up with a prefix to callout with the number. Better is it if you can define a number(s) in the account of the user without a calling prefix.

You can actually do this by putting your extension number to the find me numbers list using the advanced forwarding dialogue.

We like to see that too. Unfortunately, we will not able to provide Cloud PBX solution to our customers by using Kerio Operator. Maintaining and creating individual VMs will be too much to deal with.

I'm trying to do a forward to my mobile

I made a call queue with music.
Because there are no agents i would lik to make a forware to my mobile number.
I've made 1 user holiday,extension 210.
In the call queue there is one(not logged in) user 210
in user 210 i made a forward to my mobile number.
In call queue this is not working |
when i call 210 then i will get this forward.
in call queue i disabled "ignore call forwarding requestbefore call is answered.
Do you have a solution for that ?
