Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had a good way of doing the following:

Our client uses Kerio Operator which routes to a ring group during business hours, but out of hours, it calls a mobile phone, which is different, depending on which day of the week it is (different people handle different out of hours nights).

For example:
Monday night - 04xx xxx x20
Tue night - 04xx xxx x21
Wed Night - 04xx xxx x22
...

Is there a clean way to do this using an auto-attendant script?

Hi,

I suppose you already use an Auto Attendant Script to route calls based on business hours. You can extend it and create multiple conditions with different timeranges (probably one for each day).

I agree with Filip. The best way is to do this in the AAS with several time periods.Personally I will make a second AAS with all the times/days that is being called from the first AAS after business hours.
Just to keep the first clean.
