I just tried to ugprade to the newest version - it failed during the upgrade. Now I cannot start the service anymore.

any help? I posted a paid support ticket also but the return mail says lets see if we can reply in 2 days... maybe the forum is faster then Smile

I force reinstalled the older 8.2.4 so Im running again.

but why cant I install the new version. Im running cenos6, 64bit

Try to download the installation package again. It looks like incomplete download.
