A managing/administrative software sends email without proper heading encoding. So, in Kerio, we loose those accent (é, à, ç, etc...) I found this dating back in 2012 with the same problem I have.

But many server use default ASCII 8 bits encoding when install in french. Is that the case with the new version of Kerio?? The software won't make change on his soft since it's working on other email server!

Thanks for your help!

If the message is properly formatted according to RFC standard then there should be no problem. If the message has invalid format (eg. missing charset definition) then some clients may display it incorrectly and some servers may even reject such email as a spam.
