So we have a large number of our clients on the Kerio Offline Connector using Outlook 2013, when a user shares their calendar with another user, and then views this shared calendar in outlook, all it shows is Busy, there is no content to the calendar entry just busy. I have flushed the cached data in outlook, I have removed the kerio account in outlook profiles and re-added, nothing seems to make this show the actual content of the shared calendar event. Everything looks normal in webmail.

Can anyone help me out on how to resolve this issue? It's not just one computer, its all 50 computers we have setup with the latest version of the KOF and server and Outlook.

A screenshot would be helpful. It looks like you are looking at freebusy data instead of shared calendar.
BTW: Do you add shared mailboxes in Kerio Outlook Connector settings? http://kb.kerio.com/1556
