Hello,

Two of the companies I look after are both suffering from this issue where they send an email to or from an iOS device when using the Exchange Active Sync protocol.

It is consistent.

Send a PDF to an iPhone and the image display will be corrupted. The same PDF is find to be sent to IMAP. Even if you transfer the now corrupted attachment to another app on the iOS device it will remain corrupted.

We are on 8.3.1 (2843) and using iOS 7.1.2

Any ideas anyone?

Many thanks,

David Lee

Hello David,

It is not a bug in Kerio Connect, problem in iOS 7.1

We've found discussion about the problem on the net covering the problem:

https://discussions.apple.com/message/25159423?ac_cid=op1234 56#25159423

(current status: reported to Apple, they still haven't fix it).

They claim it should help to not tap to "Download attachment" but scroll down and tap "Download full message".

All the best,

Jonas
