Hi,

Thanks for including Call Monitoring. It will be very useful for training new employees.

Is there a way to restrict incoming monitoring, preferably by monitored user. For example, we do not want new employees (or any employees) to be able to monitor phone calls of executives.

For us a checkbox to "Allow this user to be monitored", perhaps in Edit User > Advanced, would work fine.

Thanks,

ft.

No, but you can
a) use PIN to secure the service
b) or set up call permissions to allow only some people to dial it. Our documentation team is currently preparing a more extended KB article on call monitoring.
