Hello,

I have kerio operator version 2.3.0 build 3123.

We seem to be getting dropped calls at 15 minutes, this is in the debug logs:

[23/Jul/2014 16:54:57] {ast} [1534] D chan_sip.c:26919 in start_session_timer: Session timer started: 5647174 - 4bd7cf53bdda-rj82j0g1gkxz 900000ms

900000ms being 15 minutes.

Anyone know how I can prevent this?

We are using snom handsets.

Thanks,

David

Hi,

could you please make a packet dump and upload it together with a debug log?

Best
Filip

Hello,

Thanks to Filip for taking this on outside of the forum.

Just an update, seems it might be my supplier. I use Orbtalk but the problem does not happen with another supplier. Odd as all other calls are good. I have asked the supplier, I will either add another supplier to Kerio just for calling this number or I will change suppliers completely.

Anyway, just thought I would share that.

Ta,

David
