I'm trying the Kerio 8.3.1 update to get to work with a Nokia Windows Phone 8.1.

The Kerio 8.3.1 is running perfect and OSX and WIndows clients as well as iPhone work perfect.

Now I'm trying to setup a Nokia WIndows 8.1 Phone using EAS to sync.
Emails? Work!
Calendar? Work!
Notes? Work!
Contacts? Don't work!

Well, they do work, but they don't! So what's going on here?
The contacts are not listed on the phone nor synchronized on the phone, however, as long as you stay inside the own network, or VPN network, you can "search" for a contact inside the domain-folder and find all the contacts.

Of course, the moment you leave the network for whatever reason (which is probably normal with a phone to not always be inside your own network) you can't search for contacts anymore since they aren't on the phone!

So the windows phone CAN search the kerio connnect users as long as you're connected to the Kerio Connect server, but that's about it.

My old Nokia Symbian however could use EAS to actually sync the contacts with the local phone entries...

So how do I do that with windows 8.1 phone?

Thanks for the help.

I have the same setup (WP8.1 and KC8.3.1)using EAS and no problems with sync or searching contacts.
Did you have also problems with earlier versions of Kerio Connect?

To ne clear about this, the search of a contact in the directory tree while in the domain network works. Only 2 issues are it doesn't outside of The network and the names aren't listed as for example with outlook contacts.

As for the Version, yes had this also with 8.2.4 or 8.2.6
