I'm trying to do a forward to my mobile

I made a call queue with music.
Because there are no agents i would like to make a forward to my mobile number.
I've made 1 user holiday,extension 210.
In the call queue there is one(not logged in) user 210
in user 210 I made a forward to my mobile number.
In call queue this is not working |
when i call 210 then i will get this forward.
in call queue i disabled "ignore call forwarding requestbefore call is answered.
Do you have a solution for that ?

this won't work, users ringing rules are not applied to calls coming from call queues.

Please take a look at tab "Exceptions" in the "Call queue edit" dialogue where it is possible to configure a number to forward queue calls when a queue has no agents.
