We have 1 user that is having an issue with 1 particular senders emails getting sent to a "Junk" folder.
The user does not have the Junk option enabled in Outlook or under the Kerio Connect, neither do they have any rules setup.
However, each time this one specific person emails this user it goes directly to the "Junk" folder. I tried to move it from "Junk" to "Inbox", but it just gets moved right back to "Junk" almost immediately.
We checked the operations.log and saw where that message was moved to "Junk" via ActiveSync.
So I assume this was done somehow from the user's Android phone??
If so, how can this be fixed because the "Junk" folder needs to go away and the emails from that specific person needs to come into the "Inbox".

Hi Rich,

From what you are saying it does imply that the ActiveSync phone appears to be doing it. What kind of phone is it and what version of Android is it running? Is the user using the standard email client or a 3rd Party email client such as Moxier or Touchdown (those 2 seem to be better than the standard email client that comes with Android phones).

One thing you can try server side is to create a custom rule in Kerio to allow/whitelist the users email address. You can try this and see if it helps otherwise this sounds more like a device problem than a Kerio server issue.
