Hello dear reader,

I have been stuck with this strange problem for quite some time now and I think it's about time for some proper consult on this situation.

We have a client which has 8 users using Kerio Connect (8.3.1). They use Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 with koff. Their own mailbox works fine, but there's some trouble with shared mailboxes. When I share INBOX with the users and I add that account to an existing one, Outlook automatically creates a recycle bin and a search folder, as well as it adds the INBOX. But here's the thing... When I share a recycle bin, it does work but it will still use that default Outlook-created recycle bin, meaning I'm having a double recycle bin on shared mailboxes.

It doesn't matter whether I create a new user or cleanup an existing one, new profiles etc. I tried alot of methods but nothing seems to change. Is there a way to share a recycle bin AND use that one for the shared mailbox?

I hope it's a bit understandable for you readers, if not please let me know.
