Regarding Click to Call integration:

Can anyone tell me if usernames in Operator must match usernames in the primary domain of Connect?

I have users that are outside of the Connect primary domain who have usernames within Operator referring to usernames in other Connect domains with different passwords.

I am seeing lots of entries in the Operator Security log such as this:

[29/Jul/2014 21:08:42] User xxx.xxx entered wrong password
[29/Jul/2014 21:08:42] Kerio Operator: Failed to open session for user "xxx.xxx" from host "xxx.x.x.x".

yes, usernames must match. Basically, when you log in to Connect, the Connect server uses the same username and password to log in to Operator.
