Hello Maa1.

You can go to Kerio Control - Configuration - Definitions - SSL Certificates and click in Add - New Certificate Request.

Look this Kb:

Intermediate certificates

Kerio Control allows authentication by intermediate certificates.

To add an intermediate certificate to Kerio Control, follow these steps:

In a text editor, open the server certificate and the intermediate certificate.

Copy the intermediate certificate into the server certificate file and save.

The file may look like this:

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
MIIDOjCCAqOgAwIBAgIDPmR/MA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBBAUAMFMxCzAJBgNVBAYT Al
MSUwIwYDVQQKExxUaGF3dGUgQ29uc3VsdGluZyAoUHR5KSBMdGQuMR0wGwYD VQ
..... this is a server SSL certificate ...
ukrkDt4cgQxE6JSEprDiP+nShuh9uk4aUCKMg/g3VgEMulkROzFl6zinDg5g rz
QspOQTEYoqrc3H4Bwt8=
-----END CERTIFICATE-----
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
MIIDMzCCApygAwIBAgIEMAAAATANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQUFADCBxDELMAkGA1UE Bh
WkExFTATBgNVBAgTDFdlc3Rlcm4gQ2FwZTESMBAGA1UEBxMJQ2FwZSBUb3du MR
..... this is an intermediate SSL certificate which
signed the server certificate...

t14EmBxKYw==
-----END CERTIFICATE-----

In the administration interface, go to section Configuration → SSL Certificates.

Import the modified server certificate by clicking on Import → Import New Certificate.

Save the settings.

If you need a specific certificate from your AD, which needs to be implemented into Kerio Control respectively your firewall, you may better contact the Microsoft server support from Microsoft to point you to the correct certificate on your AD server and how you need to export it.
