Hi!

We've got 2 shared folders which contain lot's of eMails (around 20.000). I'd like to auto-archive the content of these folders - maybe on a per month base. So the actually loaded shared folder only contains the last month / last 31 days and the rest is moved automaticly to a (hidden) archive folder. So that the KOFF & IMAP Client's don't need to load the "waste" of xx.xxx eMails which they don't need.

But I only want to archive these 2 folders, nothing more.

I already found the "Archive & Backup" tab within the backend but it seems to me that these settings there won't fit my needs.

Anyone an idea how to solve this?

In Tobit David I could easily set "auto archive" on any folder and then the mail was sorted & stored into subfolders for years & months.

Thanks! Smile
