I've been having a problem with Kerio's web mail admin where I am repeatedly logged out of admin web interface while trying to work. The problem seems to stem from the configuration of our network but I'm at a loss as to how to fix. Here's are the details:

- Email server lives at a hosting facility offsite from our main office.
- Sonicwall based site to site VPN connection between office and hosting facility
- Browser selection does not make a difference in the problem, it occurs in both Safari and Chrome, over multiple versions of the browsers
- Server is version 8.3.1 (and the issue predates this specific version), running on top of an Xserve running OS X 10.6.8 and has a 10Mb/s connection through hosting facility's network. Office has 150 Mb/s FiOS connection. During these disconnects, I can be logged into the server's screen via ARD without any connection issues, so it seems specific to Kerio.
- I can see in the logs what I suspect is the problem: the server logs my alternates between logging the external and internal IP of my workstation (Note: External IP redacted):

[31/Jul/2014 14:55:04] spunga<_at_>tliusa.com - session closed for host 10.0.1.78 from Web Administration.

Once pushed back to the login screen, it says:

Your session has expired.
Please login again,

even if I'm actively working with the admin console. The sessions can sometimes log out over and over, every few seconds making it difficult to work at times. I do not experience when outside of the VPN'ed networks, i.e. when logging in from home.

Of note: if I login to the server's internal IP address, I do not see the same behavior but am warned about the certificate, which I would expect.

Is there way to solve this?

As you have already pointed, your session bounces between 2 network ip addresses. Make sure all traffic is sent over VPN connection.
