Hi,

Upgrading Kerio Connect 8.2.2(2224) to 8.3.1(2843), on Win 7 Pro 64-bit machine. At the begining of the installation the installer gives the message "A higher version of Kerio Connect has already been installed. Installation will be stopped".
Please help...

Hello Renos,

Welcome to Kerio Connect forum.

Are you trying to upgrade from 8.2.2 32bits to 8.3.1 64bits of Kerio Connect?

If so try to run 32bits instead, does it help?

How many users do you have btw?

Please let me know.

Jonas

Hi Jonas,

OMG... thank you, the OS is 64-bit and because of that i thought that Kerio would also be 64-bit but after checking the Kerio installation is 32-bit.
I am downloading now the 32-bit version.

Thank you,

Renos
