Hello!
I had Kerio COnnect 7.1.1 on ServerA with connected one Active Directory Domain and second local domain.

I've installed Kerio Connect 8.3.1 on ServerB, copied *.cfg files and copied all mailboex from store folder. After this I've changed in *.cfg files paths to Store.

Now all mail in first domain with AD connected works fine.

Second local domain doesn't display letters in mailboxes and shows error "GUID folder keriostorage://folder/{GUID} does not exist". But when I switch to old-style interface I can see all letters.

Can you please tell me what's the problem?

You had to upgrade first the old server before moving the store and .cfg.
Reason to upgrade first is that v8.x.x is major change from version7.x.x
There are really major differences between v7 and v8. Also in the store.

When you move, you can do this best by backup and restore procedure.

The old version can be found on following URL:
http://download.kerio.com/archive/
On the Kerio website > Support > Kerio Connect than on the bottom you find legacy download. That brings you to http://download.kerio.com/archive/

You did indeed a major step forward from 7.1.1 to 8.3.1.
