Hi,

Is there any way for an admin to check whether faxes sent by users were sent/received in good order?

Thanks,

ft.

The users will get an OK/fail e-mail message. As for the admin, there's no way at present. We could log the fax OK/fail result in a suitable log. Would you see that as a sufficient solution?

Thanks for the info.

A suitable log would work. What would be best for me would be a new Status tab > Fax History page, just like the current Status tab > Call History page. A status column wold be useful for faxes.

An additonal Fax History tab would be useful in the client's web MyPhone app pages also.

I am requesting this since I just worked with a user whose fax notifications were filtered to junk folder (by her mail client) and subsequently deleted. There is a human element to this problem also Smile

Thanks,

ft.
