One of our branch offices brought up this issue:

As Kerio will not allow us to map extensions to outbound routes, we have a case where the incorrect E911 information will be given when a user is given a default outbound route not corresponding to that location, or dials a prefix from another branch office.

We frequently have staff moving between offices. As of now, we have put post-it notes on phones staying "dial 7" "dial 8" "dial 8" for outbound calling. This is not workable and often generates dialing errors in the USA where many users just use 10 digit digit dialing like they are used to on mobile phones.

Hi, thanks for reporting. I understand this can be an issue if you have a scenario with multiple offices and/or multiple interfaces.
