Dear All,

I need to limit the number of emails sent by user but I'm not finding a specific option for that in Kerio Connect.
Can some one help me on that?

Thanks in advance for all the help

Best regards

Hi Asdrubal,

You can limit how many per hour a single IP address can send (WebAdmin->Configuration->SMTP Server->Security Options->Max. number of messages per hour from one IP address). However you can not limit how many emails just one user can send.

I hope this helps a little,
Vicky

Except the IP address limitation only applies to smtp and will not limit clients using exchange

Interesting. I didn't realize the barracuda would do that. Does it allow limitation per user, or per IP or both?

A bit off topic but are you using it for incoming as well for spam protection, and if so, how is it doing?
