Hi Pavel,

I'm seeing a strange behavior after upgrading my server to Ubuntu 14.04.1 64-bit and Kerio Connect 8.3.2 64-bit. Memory utilization being reported by System Health and htop/top are totally different. I'm afraid Uuntu 14.04.1 is not fully with Connect.

Can you please clarify?

See attached both screen shots.
Regards,
Reinaldo

Hello Reinaldo,

Ubuntu 14.04.1 is not in the supported list yet -> http://www.kerio.com/support/kerio-connect - Tech specs tab.

All the best,

Jonas

Hi Jonas,

Thanks for your reply.
Instead of just replying like this I was expecting a more technical approach.
Is this a bug? Do I need to tell my customers to use Ubuntu 12.04?

This is what I've found in the Kerio's web page:
Tech Specs for Kerio Connect:

Linux

32-bit versions:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 / 6, CentOS 5 / 6
openSUSE 11.2-11.4, 12, 13, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP2
Debian 6.0, 7.0
Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, 12.04 LTS, 14.04 LTS

64-bit versions:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6, CentOS 6
openSUSE 12, 13, SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 SP2
Debian 6.0, 7.0
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, 14.04 LTS

So I don't get your point. For sure I'm not considering that a 14.04.1 is not supported since 14.04 is in the list.

Please clarify.

Regards,
Reinaldo

Kerio,

This is important since I'm recommending all Brazilian customers to change from Windows to Ubuntu version 14.04 since this OS is included in the tech specs of Kerio Connect.
Your position here is very important!
Thanks,
Reinaldo
