Hi. It's not 100% clear what you mean by "Connecting to Kerio". Are you logging in as a user locally? Are you attempting to connect via VPN? Is there a traffic rule that's blocking you? Is there a QoS/Bandwidth rule that's limiting your bandwidth? Have you examined the log files in an attempt to determine at what point the connection is closed? More info would be very helpful. We do have 24x7 Telephone Tech Support as well.

Dear ksnyder! I Mean I'm Trying To Connect A VPN Server Via " Kerio Control VPN Client " ! When I Connect To The Server , My Download Speed Will Be 0 KB And Kerio Will Show " Connection Closed " Error ! I Checked My Anti-Virus Traffic Rules And All Of Kerio Traffic Rules Are Allowed And Also My Bandwidth Isn't Limited ! And About Log Files You Mentioned , How Can I Examine Log Files ? I Even Don't Know Where They're Saved ! Your Help Would Be Highly Appreciated !

Hello,

The only way to troubleshoot this problem is looking at the logs in Kerio Control Server, if you don't have access to it get whoever manages the server to contact Kerio technical support.

All the best,

Jonas
