Is it possible to have Kerio lookup the called ID from LDAP and display this in the "Caller Name" column? See attached image.

It works fine for internal extensions.

Hi,

it is not supported. Currently only some phones can resolve numbers from LDAP.

I have added it as a suggestion to our issue tracker.
