Hi Lubor,

You can do this but you would need to use a Calendar client such as iCal or email client that handles calendars with Kerio (Outlook). You would need to configure the client to connect to the users Kerio account and then import the .ics file into the users account. This will allow the calendar to sync to the server.

Sadly there is not a way to import the .ics through WebMail or the WebAdmin, it must be done through a client.

All the best,
Vicky

For 200 accounts and 200 .ics files ? Users are placed in a very remote locations. Hard work.
We have clients who want to migrate to Kerio, but Kerio does not have proper tools for migrating. Sadly.
Kerio should offer a full suite of simple tools to import from other systems. They are still standards as .ics and vcf files.
When we offer Kerio to customers, we must also provide data migration on administrative level. Not only emails, but calendars and contacts too. And not on user level (MS Outlook).
For example KIMT is an excellent tool for e-mails.

Hi Lubor,

If you are migrating from another email server we do have an IMAP migration that can migrate over most folders:

Sadly we just do not have a way to import .ics files directly into Kerio. Ics files would have to be uploaded via a client.

All the best,
Vicky
