Using Kerio 8.3 (Ubuntu)... user reports missing notes, calendar items in outlook client using Kerio Offline. Removed and reinstalled, recreated outlook profile. After mailbox reseeded, item still missing... however you can see the items missing in the web client. Any thoughts on where to start on this one?

Hi Shane,

What you could try is clearing both the local and server side cache with the following steps:

1. Remove the Outlook profile
2. Stop Kerio Connect
3. Navigate to the users folder in the store directory on the server
4. Then remove the folder '__keriomapi__STORE' and the two files .journal.db and specguid.fld
5. Start Kerio Connect
6. Re-configure the Outlook profile

This will let you clear the server side and local cache.

All the best,
Vicky
