Hello,

Would it be possible to add some kind of tone or click on a transfer when it is complete?

i.e. When someone does a warm transfer and then completes the transfer, can a tone or a "click" be performed so that the transferee knows the transfer is complete

Thanks!

Hi,

I'm afraid I don't understand the situation. Shouldn't the transferee hear music on hold while being transferred? What transfer are you talking about - attended/blind, feature code/phone button?

Thank you,
Filip

Hi Filip,

Perhaps I meant the transferer? Here is the scenario: call comes into the receptionist, she answers it and talks to the caller. The receptionist wants to transfer the call to Connie. The receptionist performs a warm transfer and informs Connie of the caller. Then the receptionist completes the transfer. Connie has no idea when the transfer is actually complete, so they often are like "hello?"

The request is that a click or a beep is heard on Connie's side so she knows the transfer is complete.

Make sense?

Thanks!

Yes, it makes perfect sense now and sounds quite reasonable. I'll see what I can do.
