Hello,

I'm getting a lot of error for the same user (Outlook + KOC).
How can I fixe this ?

We are running a 8.3.1 Kerio Connect server

Have you tried reindexing the users folder?

Hi Stephanie,

That error does normally indicate that a re-index is needed. You can do this from within the WebAdmin->Users->Right click on the user->More Actions->Re-Index Mailbox.

Hi Stephane,

What do you have the Kerio store located on? Is it on a separate hard drive? Do you have any backup software backing up the store?

Hello Vicky,

I missed this one...

Store is located on our VM hardrive.
Well, we do not have any backup software backing up our store.

I do have this error for this user only. Error is still here despite having re-indexing his mail box.
