Hello everyone, is there a way when our licenses come up for renewal that we can reduce the number of licenses for the next year? We have several domains on our system right now and one of them will be moving off Kerio to another system so we won't need as many user licenses...

Hi there

You can discuss this with your Kerio partner or reseller, or directly at Kerio sales for your region. You can find details on the main website.

I hope this helps.

We normally just buy/renew our licenses direct on - where/who would I contact about it? I can't find anyone's email or phone number for such a thing?

I asked that question before and was told no..

But I would call sales/support or your Kerio provider ask them..

Hi Gary,

Best thing to do is to call Kerio Sales in our main office in the US. The phone number is:

Toll free in North America:

1-888-77-KERIO (53746)
Direct: + 1 (408) 496-4500

Then you can speak to sales and they can then help you out.

All the best,
