It seems the configuration database contains some invalid characters. Have you used any special characters to name or describe a call permission group?

Please contact our support staff to repair the database.

I'm doing backup test, the problem seems to Turkish characters

There must be a bug in firebird (the database engine). We store the data in UTF-8 which should handle Turkish characters pretty well. Have you found out which characters or a word breaks it so that I can try to reproduce it myself?
