Hello,

We have a user who is using Kerio off line connector in Outlook 2010. They are connected to two Kerio accounts (MAPI) and one Exchange account. Any message they send from any of the three accounts is being stored in the Exchange sent items folder. I have read online that this happens normally, but can be changed. However when following instructions to change the default sent items folder for the Kerio accounts, the option of 'sent items' is not available in the account settings for the kerio account.

Is there a way to force sent items from the kerio accounts to be stored in their kerio folders, and not the Exchange folder?

As a work around, I have set up a mail rule to copy the items sent, to the sent items folder.

This problem exists if KOFF profile is not primary. The bug fix will be available in Kerio Connect 8.4.0

Radek,

By your reply, do you mean to say that it is now possible to have Kerio KOFF accounts and Exchange accounts within the same Outlook profile?

In the past, it was said that inherent limitations in the KOFF implementation meant that this was not possible. Is it now different?
