i try to make a own curl-connection to a Kerio-Server.
Within this connection i whant to do a "Put" with an eml-file, without success.
The server replies a 501 error code (not implemented).
Is there an option within Kerio to "allow" this or isn't it implemented yet?
Do you know where to find a discription of the Kerio-webservice or how to
use which method?

I'm not sure what you want to achieve, but if you want to manipulate with emails, you can use standard protocols like IMAP.

For Calendars and Contacts it's CalDAV and CardDav.

Kerio Connect does not support REST API for clients.

If you want to use HTTP-based protocol, you can also consider EWS protocol (see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa566468.aspx for creating messages). It only requires to wrap the .eml content with few SOAP tags (use MimeContent element).
