I'm evaluation Kerio Connect.
The most important requisite is the capability to import our existing data from a Exchange 2003 Server.

I have tried kerio-connect-kemt-8.3.2-3100-win32, but with my Outlook 2003 (11.8169.8172) SP3 I get the following error message:

Error 28102. Unsupported version of Microsoft Outlook was detected (11.0.8169.0)

Can You tell me what Outlook versions are supported (the Web link do not give any answer to this)

Hi Martin,

To the best of my knowledge the Migration tool follows the same requirements that our KOFF connector does so you would need to have the following:

Microsoft Outlook 2013 (including Click-to-Run)
Microsoft Outlook 2010 (SP1 or SP2)
Microsoft Outlook 2007 (SP3)
Microsoft Outlook 2003 (SP3 with KB2449798)

Also make sure Outlook has had a profile create or a dummy profile create so that the MAPI is created on the machine as the KEMT needs the MAPI present to migrate the data over.

All the best,
Vicky

Hi Martin,

No worries, installing that KB should see you right.

All the best,
