Hi,

Has anyone been able to integrate Operator with FileMaker in any interesting ways.

For example...


1. Our FileMaker-based CRM has a Dial button by phone numbers. When a user clicks Dial on their desktop computer, theie desktop phone dials the number, and a contact-log record is added to the system for the specific customer.

2. We have a call-queue system for tech support. Users log in/out of queues using buttons in FileMaker.

Hi,

Are there any AMI (Asterisk Management Interface) modules for your CRM? If so, you could use the AMI integration.

Another (simpler) method would be to open Operator's click-to-call URL in a browser -your Dial button could do that (https://operator_ip//#clickToDial=phone_num).
