As of 1:30pm eastern time this morning our Kerio Connect installation does not seem to be able to connect to the update server to get a new AV definition - I have a second install at a different location (my home) that is on a completely different network, also running same build as the office - 8.3.2 - same issue...

We are also seeing this, the error log shows
[15/Sep/2014 21:39:00] AntivirusModule.cpp: Antivirus Server error(0): Internet connection is probably broken. Cannot check for new version.

The internet connection isn't broken!

AFAIK there was a small issue with the servers over the weekend, it should be working now.

I can confirm we have issues with the availability of update servers. It is handled with highest priority and the service will be recovered as soon as possible.
