Hi - We we use Apple Mail and Apple Calendar in OS 10.8 with Kerio Connect 8.3. When we get a Calendar invite from a client, it usually comes in as an attachment to an email, usually created by some version of MS Outlook/Exchange. Often then we get these emails, the body of the email contains important text. If you click on the attachment, or click on the grey text in the calendar (indication that it's an unaccepted invite) the email and the attachment disappear from Apple Mail. The body text in that was in that email normally appears in the meeting notes in the Apple Calendar email - so no info is truly lost..... What is lost is the "easy"** access to the email that was originally received in Apple Mail.

**Before we transitioned to Kerio we used Apple Mail Server and Apple Calendar Server. What happened then was that the email stayed in your Apple Mail Inbox.

I understand it's just a change, that the info is still there, but ya know, people don't like change and everyone seems to feel this is a lost feature more than just a change..... People see it as unexpected and a negative behaviour

Anyway - is there anything that can be done to modify the settings so that the original email invite email stays in the employees inbox and is not removed with the invite is clicked on?

Thanks! Jim
