For the past two days the Sophos update has failed, debug logs reveal:

[16/Sep/2014 09:05:39] {avir_plugins} (PID: 23086) Sophos_plugin: Cannot get file sophos/update.php.new, error: couldn't connect to host
[16/Sep/2014 09:05:39] {avir_plugins} (PID: 23086) ERR: Internet connection is probably broken. Cannot check for new version.
[16/Sep/2014 09:05:39] {avir_plugins} AV update failed: Internet connection is probably broken. Cannot check for new version.

I can guarantee given I am posting this from behind KK that the internet connection is not broken. Any ideas please, we are on release 8.3.1 software appliance version.
