Hey guys, I have recently realized that when a username needs to be changed (turnover) you cannot simply rename the active directory object and see the changes in operator. It would be nice to see operator update the AD objects (name, email etc).

Hi,

that is correct. Operator syncs users based on their username. Once a user is renamed in the AD, it won't be synced any more. A similar limitation also exists in Operator, where it is not possible to rename a user.

I have created a feature request in our internal systems.

Thank you,
Filip
