Hi All,

I've a Q about click to dial add-on in Firefox. We have this installed but not working.

We see the icons when we right click on a Phone number, but when we select dial, nothing happens.
On what should this add-on react? What are the dependencies?

We have also tried to open the user extension-web client but that does not change anything.

See screenshot

Please advise,

Thanks, Robin

Best regards,

Did you set up your Operator server address in the click to dial plugin?

Basically, the click should send you to the Operator client interface and fill in the phone number in the dial field, so you can just click "Dial".

Hi Vladimir,

We have noticed the add-on does not work with firefox 32.x.x on our systems.
With Chroome however works well.

Thanks, Robin

Hi Robin,

the context menu options "Call" and "Edit&Call" are not from the Operator add-on, but from a different Firefox extension. Please make sure you have the "Click to call for Kerio Operator" add-on installed and enabled. You also need to configure it with an Operator URL. Please follow the guide Vladimir linked in a post below.

According to my tests the add-on works fine on Firefox 32 both on linux and windows.

Best
Filip
