For a few months now, users have reported receiving duplicate e-mails randomly. I have never experienced myself. Yesteday, this problem was reported again.

A user received 10 copies of an e-mail. It had a 3.4 MB attachment. All duplicate e-mails had the attachment.

The sender says he sent it once.

Both users have the same software:
Mac OS X 10.9.4
Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011 14.4.1
Exchange profile

Does anyone know what the problem could be. The CEO has suggested we look for a different server but we've been using Kerio for years and I'm hesitant to do so but I really need this fixed!

Is there anything I can provide to help diagnose? Thanks for any help!

Does he see duplicated emails in Kerio Connect client?
What does the mail log say? Is the message delivered once or multiple times?

Yes, the image I attached to the first post was a screenshot from the web interface.

The mail log shows delivery of the e-mail at multiple times minutes apart (Kerio > Logs > Mail>)
For this instance, Mail log is attached. Every 4 minutes or so, the system delivered another copy of the same message - they have been highlighted in the attachment

It seems sender's client repeatedly sends the same message. I recommend to look into system logs on that Mac as well as enable logging directly in Outlook: http://kb.kerio.com/1053
