Hi,
What's the easiest way to implement a welcome message ?
The setup is really simple : 2 external lines going to 1 IP phone for each line (so 2 IP phones and 2 extensions in total)
All external callers should hear this welcome message (wav file), and then automatically redirected to the extension.

Thanks!

Hi,

Just route the call an auto attendant script. At the end of the script, send the call to the extension that is to receive it.
