I have 10 proxy routes setup to account for e911 at remote locations. All 10 routes are setup with the same settings besides the proxy account information. For some reason one of the routes/numbers will not allow calls in. I get line busy or not in service. I can dial out on the route just fine.

I have moved it to other know working proxy account with no luck. Something seems to be rejected it on the kerio/my end.

Any suggestions? Best I can tell it is setup the same as my other 9 working proxy routes.

Thanks

Hi,

can you please send a support info file to fjenicek<_at_>kerio.com. It will help me to better understand your setup. Just click on a link at the bottom of the System Health screen and email the file as an attachment.

Best
Filip

Problem has been resolved. I am pretty sure I posted a follow up but I am not seeing it on the forum? I must have Previewed it and not Posted.

This was a problem with my routes configuration, not Kerio.
