Dear Kerio Users,

we've got the following problem:

User 1 has a shared Outlook Calendar for User2, he uses Outlook 2013
User 1 has coloured Categories und modified Categorie Titles to classify his calendar entrys

User 2 has subscribed these Calendar in Outlook 2013 and can't see the different Colours or Categorie Titles of User 1

Has anyone some idea what can help to fix my problem?

thanks for the reply

is there any way to change the LABELS that are available in the shared calendar... so that we could assign those.... they seem to sync... at least in kerio CC.... so i would like to be able to customise that list

thanks

It sounds like you are asking for the ability to customize the labels in Kerio Connect Client. This is not possible. I suggest to use the feedback option to vote for the ability to assign custom labels.

Hi,

My question is similar to HarryP's.

Are Outlook color categories supported for shared calendars? Although a category's name is visible for shared calendar entries, the color is not.

We are using Outlook 2007 and Kerio Connect V 8.5.1.

Regards,
Manuel

Ditto. This is an essential function in any small, professional business, such as a medical practice, law firm, accounting, etc.. The person creating the calendar item is almost always a delegate on the owner's calendar (the professional), and needs to be able to categorize items which will then correctly display when the owner looks at the calendar (or if ANY of the delegates looks at the calendar.)

This is significant enough that if we cannot fix, we will have to return to running Exchange.
